I saw an auction on Ebay for a BT 10 unit phone card that featured artwork from Julian Barnes's "Talking It Over" on it.

Are there other phone cards out there promoting Julian Barnes's novels (like "The Sense of an Ending" or any of the others?)?

The only phone card I've run across is for Talking It Over, as you mentioned.

It's a nice little piece of ephemera and usually pretty cheap on ebay.
