Does anyone know who won the English Pen auction for the 1st edition annotated copy of Metroland? Was it a private collector or did an institution end up getting it?
I was kind of hoping someone from the Harry Ransom Center won the auction so it would go into their collection with Julian Barnes's other papers... (which is viewable by the public, I believe!)
